      Our 0rder was placed in early December 2022 (and most of the cost is due upfront and was paid). We did not have a functional table until August 20, 2023. They delivered the wrong table once. After further delays, they delivered the correct table, but it was damaged. We had to make phone calls to Olhausen to get everything fixed. Only after ******** got involved, did we get a table without damages. All of this 9 months after the order was placed and paid in full in May of 2023. I would caution anyone about working with them. During the 9-month process, they would often not return phone calls or emails and did not have concrete information about when we would get the correct table/ parts, etc. Olhausen table seems good, but I would not work with this distributor.
