    I am requesting assistance in resolving a dispute with LUV Bridal regarding a wedding dress I ************ my first appointment on February 15, 2025, I paid half of the cost to hold a dress I loved but had concerns about how it fit in the chest area. I voiced this concern to the staff and showroom manager, who assured me it could 100% be altered to fit properly. Based on that promise, I paid the remaining balance of $899.87 and picked up the dress on March *******. I didnt try the dress on again until my May 15 alteration appointment. The seamstress informed me the alteration I needed could not be done without a complete reconstruction, changing the dresss entire structure. I consulted three additional seamstresses, all of whom confirmed this.I contacted LUV Bridal again, hoping for a resolution. The showroom manager denied any refund and referred me to a personal seamstress, whose quote was far beyond my budget. With my wedding only three months away, I made the difficult decision to purchase another dress.I later initiated a dispute with my bank, unaware this was an option earlier. The case was closed in favor of LUV Bridal. I was disappointed by the tone of their response, which felt dismissive and implied ill intent.I am not trying to deceive anyone. I simply trusted what I was told and made a purchase based on promises that were not upheld. I am willing to return the gown in its original, unworn condition and respectfully request a refund of $1,799.87. This should have been a joyful part of my wedding planning. Instead, it has caused stress and financial strain. I hope the BBB can help reach a fair and compassionate resolution.
