    This business owner was supposed to sell our vehicle. He stole our vehicle and money. Doesn't answer the phone, text messages or emails. He's fled the city and disappeared. We will seek legal action.

    We bought a car from ****. It had a lot of problems. We have paid over 4k in repairs but that's not why this complaint is being submitted. On top of that, we now are learning that we aren't getting the tags or plates and title is still showing in a dealerships name (just like the other complaint listed). We have gone to the *** and to the dealership and the only way to fix this is for ********** company to do their job. We have left voicemails, sent texts and emails to **** and no response. We called the company number you had listed and it just rings & hangs up. We have called and texted ********** cell number several times and from different numbers. Please help!

    I bought a car early last month, have yet to receive the title, or any other paperwork including lic plate, at first it was because he couldn't submit our paperwork, and his uncle was ill, possibly dying, then after over a month, he drove out and picked up the paperwork claiming the lic plate would be fed exed the next day. It has been over a week, no lic plate, the temp plate is now expired rendering the car undrivable, i get no response when i try to contact him. I've no other recourse at this point. I need a car I can drive. And after $4600 cash and almost 2 months this should have been handled or at least we should have been updated. We need help as we are getting nowhere.

    ***************************** is the daughter of the actual customers ******** and ***************************. The customers purchased a vehicle for *****. The vehicle was personally delivered to their home to as to ******** having health issues. Upon delivery it was revealed that ***** was not going to be the registered owner of the vehicle so new paperwork was needing to be processed. ******** later explained that the familys home is in an area of *********, ** where they dont get wifi thus not being able to print and submit the documents needed. I then took another drive up to ********* to hand deliver the documents and have them complete and sign. After I returned to ******* I had a ***** package sent to them with the necessary registration and plates. **** had received the package but didnt let ******** nor ***** know. Attached is a screenshot of text correspondence with ************************************
