      I was charged a extra $600 dollars as they placed my grandson on my policy because I live with him. They then took $791 dollars out of my account. They increased it a extra $250 dollars a month. I informed them that my grandson doesn't use my car due to his being on his father's insurance company and they informed me that it doesn't matter as they want me to place everyone in the house need to be on my account even though they have coverage. I as well as my son informed them of this. I have never heard of this before and they failed to inform me of these things. I was also informed that if I put everyone on my policy I may have a increase in my account and payments. They refused to reimburse me for the extra money taken from my account. I have him now as excluded but if I don't comply my policy will be placed as non renewable. I told them fine as I will be looking for a new insurance company. I have lived in 3 states and have never had to do anything like this before. I am looking to get a return of the money that they stole from me. I'm on a fixed income and now can't pay my other bills. Buyer be aware!! Stay away from this company.

      I am being billed for 168.38 and I cancelled through their on line chat. They have been sending me to collections and I have spent approximately 2 hours of my time to inform them it was canceled and they continued to bill me. I spoke to a supervisor who wanted only proof of my latest Insurance change. The employee I spoke to originally first initiated the conversation by informing me I never made a payment and I had to call my bank to verify the payment was made after the second call made to Progressive. It's called extortion.

      They Added a person onto my policy because we lived in the same building(Im in the military We all live in the same building) and charged me a lot more and when I got ahold of someone they said that they did try to contact me through a email that isnt in use anymore and since I didnt respond they went ahead and added the person without my consent.

      I went into my local Cricket store to buy a iPhone 11. They offered a deal that involves progressive. The deal was if I signed up with Progressive i would get a 30% discount on my bills. Unfortunately thats not what happened. I was charged 119$ and will be charged 119$ every month. They said i owed 1,119$ because i signed a lease contract with Progressive. A stock Iphone 11 is marketed at 500$ why am i paying 1,119$ when i was told im signing up for a discount. It is false advertising there is no details in the Policy and Conditions i signed that said ill be charged for a discount Service if i could Give a no Star Rating i would.

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PERIOD GAVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS 3 TIMES SO MUCH FOR THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MORALS WHEN IT COMES ON TREATING THERE CUSTOMER JUST GREEDY FOR THAT MONEY SO WATCH OUT FOR THEM BECAUSE THERE SHARKS!!!!!!!! EVEN ON THE ***** THERE HORRIBLE TOO!!!!!
