    I purchased tickets 12/21/2022 for a concert for 03/01/2023. Total of $150.50.We arrived and we were standing in line for hours, it starting raining so hard, we pushed through and still waited in the queue. 2 Hours passed by and still minimal progress. By the time we reached almost the front of the line, the show started and the performer was already on stage... More time passed by and we were still in line. Venue did a horrible job having enough staff to help the line move quicker. At this point I felt so weak, I was completely soaked, my hands were numb from the coldness and I could not continue waiting. At this point almost half of the show was over. People were still in line and were mad and also leaving. We went home and I requested a refund and they said no. I disputed with my bank and my bank gave me a credit... about a month later the money was taken out of my account again due to the venue stating I received the product. Which I DID NOT. I submitted 3 refund requests and asked to talk to a supervisor and the same response was given every time -no. They told me to reach out to the venue and every time I call to speak with the manager "*****" they tell me she's not available, she is getting ready for a show, or they do not answer at all. There are similar experiences as mine on the venues ****** reviews. This is unfair as they did not provide service and venue was extremely unorganized. Very poor customer service from the ticket company and venue.
