    3 days ago New Enrolled my toddler child in services here with ******. Initially I was informed of the therapy process being something more parentally involved. The communication was lacking and sessions involved my 3 year old going back alone. When I reached out to request documentation of sessions and recaps/notes of behaviors for my minor child I was denied. It seemed as there was a lack of communication and sessions are a hello, goodbye sort of ordeal. If your looking for progress and help for child trauma I wouldn't recommend this facility. It is not a parental involved process and when you start asking questions she seems to lack professional and response. Doesn't make sense to me why I cannot obtain notes and documentation for sessions on my minor (toddler) child. It has been over a week now and I still have not received a response and she is refusing to disclose my daughters records.
