      Horrible. Had my info for a month. Saturday before Monday appointment called and said was a problem and would call back. Didn't. Monday I called for info, finally got a return call they said appt was on, I said please be sure, my husband was taking off work, I had to fast, etc. They said yes. They called while I was in shower. I missed it. They texted. I called back. By this time my husband was home and almost time to leave for appt. They wanted me to go to one location for injection then travel minimum an hour and twenty minutes not counting traffic each way to get imaging because I have spinal stimulator. They had this information for over a month. I was not willing to do this. They waited until it was time for me to leave for my appointment to inform me of this. This has delayed my medical treatment and I am in pain. Caused my husband to miss work unnecessarily. I made sure they had all relevant information. Completely unprofessional and unprepared. After this I definitely wouldn't trust them to inject me with anything or use strong magnets on my body or my stimulator. Unacceptable. Horrible way to treat patients and conduct their business.

      While I have no complaint about services received at AZ Diagnostic Radiology, I want to share a caveat with other users of this business. The *********** center staff (perhaps in *****?) are not aware of the various AZ Diagnostic Radiology locations. So even though you preface your remarks with, "I want to make an appointment in *****," for example, they will open with "The first available opening is [date} at [time}." Only when you get a text message reminding of the appointment do you learn that the appt. is in *********** or somewhere else. Then you have to repeat process and wait again for a different appointment and/or perhaps lose time and gas going to the wrong location, if you fail to catch the text message regarding location. (When you repeat where you want to be seen, the appointment-maker seems confused and has trouble pronouncing the locations, which reinforces my impression that they are not aware of the various cities/towns in which ACR is located.)

      I had a mammogram done yesterday 08/24/2023 at Dignity Health ********************************************* location. I was treated like I was a dumb teenager (Im 66 yrs old State worker) By the radiologist that was very disrespectful and Dr ********************* whom would not discuss my mammogram results, whom was sent a nurse to tell me that my mammogram was insignificant. On top of that I was charged $96.00 for an ultrasound I DID NOT HAVE before that last month I went for an X-ray for my shoulder letting them know I did not have insurance or madicare I was a self payed patient but still they charged ******** and now Im keep getting bills about a balance of almost a $10000.
