    Awful place! My mom went inside to see a dog she was interested in adopting and it was disgusting.. pee, ****, and period blood all over the play floor area and there was a very minimal effort in cleaning it up, and only AFTER she brought it to staff's attention. The worker who picked the p*** up didn't use any kind of cleaner, just picked it up with a napkin and left. Those poor dogs should not be kept in such unsanitary conditions and they should employ workers who actually care. Do not bring your dogs here!Worst part is, after leaving a negative ****** review my mom got a reply from a very disrespectful employee who was argumentative, insulting, and abrasive, and not only did they reply to her ****** review, they went out of their way to text my mom ON HER CELLPHONE a ridiculously long paragraph calling her a liar and trying to intimidate her and argue with her about the review she left. What kind of business does that?? The people who work here are so rude and unprofessional, if you can't respond to constructive criticism with class and manners you are in no place to be running a business. I saw several other bad reviews left from other customers who also got the same nasty attitude in response to their claims of this facility offering poor quality service for various reasons, so it's not just my mom that experienced this lack of respect and professionalism. Call yourself a 5 star daycare all you want to, the pictures my mom took while there and the despicable manner in which you talk to customers and deal with bad reviews shows otherwise.
