      I had a water leak in my home in ******* and ASAP Restoration was employed by my insurance company to fix the damage. It took them five months to complete the Original Water Claim. Doing the process of that, their workers caused two more leaks in my home because of unprofessional work. The workers broke a shelf in my bathroom. They put a hole in my toilet and caused a leak in my bathroom, then they put a new line into my icemaker which failed and caused another leak in my kitchen. I told him about this and they told me, it was my problem. I have video proof of all of this. Now he is threatening me to file a lien on my home. The owner also called and threatened and harassed me. The work they did was so poor, that I had to bring somebody in to finish it.

      On going mitigation since April 6, 2024 to be done as quickly as possible to prevent any further damages as is required by the policy. However the owner *********************** is unresponsive with confirming the appointment for this coming Sunday May 5, 2024 at 9:30 AM and is very unprofessional, aggressive, discriminating, hostile, using slander and fabricating and arguing nonstop to get the job done

      Please be advised we also have a  pre lien against the property at thus time and will be filing a mechanically  lien for varies reasons.   We appreciate you and all your assistance.
