Didnt honor their over the phone agreement and wasted my time. I called about some shorty shotgun shells on Saturday, they told me the price, I told them it was $.78 / round online, they offered 5% off and I asked if they could beat the online price if I cleaned them out (18 boxes). They transferred me to someone else who agreed to $.75 / round after a little back and forth. I came to pick up the next day and the guy who made the deal wasnt there and when the check out guy texted him, he said it was a one day only offer lol. And when they called him, he offer 5% off again. Wasted my time and gas money and didnt honor their word.

Purchased a faulty ******* 320 12 gauge 11/03. Waited for my delayed background check to get completed. A week later picked it up 11/9, the pump was working good at that time. I took it shooting over the weekend with 2 3/4 and 3 inch variety birdshot, buckshot, slugs. All of them causing the gun to jam. See photos the round will not load into the chamber randomly, sometimes back to back malfunction. It got severe to the point where a group of 5 adults couldnt get the pump slide to come back and manual release was not working. I called the shop asking for a refund (i still have my receipt). Confirmed they do not and instead said bring it in we can have our gunsmith check it out and lubricate it as a courtesy. So i came in today 11/16 and guess what the staff said when i bought it up. $75 charge to polish it and lubricate it. Stupid to buy a gun from them in the first place. They would rather sell and make a quick buck. My first stop buying the shotgun the staff put me to the side and started selling another gun just because it was more money lol the guy was so excited to get the sale it was honestly sad. Ill do my own cleaning and lubricating since this lousy company doesnt honor a good deal. Ill post this on yelp and BBB as well dont worry.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, Alpha Dog Firearms doesn't determine how long a background check takes. That's up to the *** and we can only release the firearm when they give us the all clear. As far as the gun issues, we offered to lube and check the gun as a courtesy, however, as you were advised, with any issues of a firearm we have to send them back to the manufacturer so the manufacturer can handle any warranty issues. You refused to have us send the gun back and proceeded to get upset and demanded us to return a firearm that had already been transferred out, and as you stated broken. We offered to send it back and you demanded that we repair it, to which you were informed that if you wanted us to diagnose and repair, you would be charged for an hour of our gunsmith service rate plus the cost of ammo and the cost for us to take your gun to a range as we don't have a way to diagnose your issues without firing the weapon. As far as "being put to the side", our sales associate helped another person who was in the store while your background check (see above about our ability to control) was being researched. You weren't ignored and our sales associate checked your status every few minutes and we have both cameras and audio of the transaction where it was communicated to you that we were waiting on the ***.You're more than welcome to post to Yelp, but please understand that we will also provide the part of the story you have conveniently forgotten.I am sorry your ******'s didn't perform to expectations and I'm happy to assist you in sending it to them for diagnosis, and I understand you don't want to wait considering you had to wait to get the gun, but the warranty work and time it takes to ship, diagnose, repair, and return to the store are simply out of my control.
