      Thier easy pay debit card is a scam! On top of not receiving your discount if you even go $1 over they immediately turn tou to check redi collections! Trying to get a gas discount I spent 120 in fees! Satan K not Circle K

      I went to the location on **************************** in ****** for a cup of ************ the man working overnight 4-4:30am didnt speak which is cool idc but when u see two ppl waiting in line ready to check out and he continues to fill out his lottery sheet is crazy I work at a gas station and we stop doing lottery at 11pm. He obviously doesnt care about customer service he gives which is sad n *****

      The self checkout system is a horribly bad idea and puts customers at a bad disadvantage. Ill not be going back to another circle k until its gone

      It doesn't tell you that if you get your gas pumped within 5 minutes it cancels your gas and they keep your money. It's been over 24hrs and I still have not been refunded.

      The late night cashier (white with tattoos on his arms) was extremely rude and seemed to be looking for any reason whatsoever to begin yelling at me. He has done this to me numerous times and several other employees have joined in on the picking on me with threats of calling the police so that I don't enjoy the same quality services which everyone else receives. This is ignoring my hardworking and diligent work picking up trash. This has gone too far and I hope to simply get him to stop "hounding" me like everyone else. One last point is that this is the first ********* gas station which has 100% sold me dirty cigarettes (after selling an entire carton of contaminated cigarettes to my father which this store would not replace) and unfortunately this has spread like some kind of illegal rad that has not only damaged my and others' lungs but also cost our teeth health - not to mention the lost dollars. I hope you can improve and treat all citizens, regardless of their wealth or poorness, better in 2023.

      3 issues:1 I have had 5 stores now say to me I have to use their self check outs-. Well, I don't want to use a self checkout machine. Companies are getting away from servicing the customer personally. This is not what the average customer wants. It is bad enough that we use cell phone texting which has taken away the personal relationship and made it non existent! Getting rid of employees to let machines do your customer service is acceptable. This adds to the problem our society has by giving less and less customer service to your customer base!2nd I joined the sip n save program over a year ago. It is a great program, but there are some serious flaws. I spend half of my trips going to get a drink and it doesn't happen. The machines are down too often, out of supplies, out of ice, etc. I average going to the 2nd or 3rd store to get my Already paid for drink. There is no compensation made for not supplying this drink.Something needs to change. Better maintenance and better management of this serious problem.3 This week alone, I have tried chat and a phone call and no complete follow up to my complaint, so here it is described for you. I have asked to talk to someone in the corporate office level because talking to a regional or district manager does not get the problems you have resolved.Regards,Aggravated customer *******

      The Circle K location on ********************************************************** is not abiding by ******* state laws but not allowing people of the age of 21 to continue to use her vertical ** for up until one month after their birthday. The gentleman at the register told me that the store can choose to not abide state laws and not take the ** that is very concerning that a store can simply choose what legalities to follow and what not to.

      I have been a loyal Circle K customer for more than 10 years and never had a problem until recently. I drove my car through the car wash located at ****************************** in ******* ******** on November 20, 2022. The wash tore off the rear trunk molding. It was laying on the wash floor. I took it into the store and told the clerk. She had me fill out an incident report and took pictures. I was told by the Manager, ****** that Circle K does not feel they are at fault and will not pay for the damages. Really? I drove into the wash with the molding in tact and drove out with it laying on the wash floor. Be warned, Circle K has horrible customer service and be assured I will never do business with Circle K again.

      On July 25th, 2022 at 3:15pm, I entered Circle K in **** ******** I prepaid $25 with credit card for gas. When I went to gas up, the pump stopped at $30.70. I went back inside the store to pay the difference and the white old female manager ******** must be losing it and demanded that I pay the $25 again because that was what I owe, and that there's glitch in their computer. I refuse to and request to pay only the difference. ******** began to argue with me and threaten to report me for not paying for gas. So I called the police for assistance. Officer *********************** and another officer showed up and took ********'s side. I explained to them exactly what I owe. Unfortunately the officers were too young and ignorant to understand and they asked me to "just pay the $25 again". I was fuming angry and I ended up paying $25 AGAIN! Both charges showed up on my card statement. This old hag ******** may have glitches in her head and she needs to quit or be replaced because she can't figure out simple math!After speaking with the officer ******* He said he knows the manager personally and refuse to give me any information about her! The store still owes me a refund.
