  The work performed by their best tech was substandard. A barrier was not put in place around the work area. The companys exhaust fan that was placed in the floor was supposed to capture all of the debris. It did not. My a/c intake was immediately outside the work area. My a/c was used as a type of exhaust fan every time the a/c turned on, sucking in the debris that was in the air. The exhaust Fan in the bathroom had to be replaced because paint particulates hardened and could not be removed. Had to have a complete A/c and duct cleaning as a result of their work. The lines of their work spilled onto grout and tile. I was told after the fact that my grout was uneven. There is no mention of this in their contract. They offered to scrape my grout to level it out and then put silicone over it. There is a clause in the contract that states they will take no responsibility for any damage as a result. They are not confident enough in their work to take full responsibility. In the contract, it states that the drains will be covered by tape. Mine was left uncovered, unclean and covered by their product. I paid for a new sliding glass enclosure and installation. The shims were not used in the install to allow for uneven shower pan. The structure was cut several times, leaving the frame uneven in several places. Instead of saying that they made a mistake, it was installed anyway. I was told that almost anything can be fixed with silicone. The end result was poor, uneven install and looks like a 1st grader installed it.I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work performed by their best tech.I called the main office several times while the work was being performed to alert them that it was substandard. No one came to my home to intervene while the work was being done.The general manager came for a quality check after all work was completed. He was defensive and aggressive. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
