- Medication that is unopened and not tampered with can be returned under certain circumstances, if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If the product was delivered to an incorrect address or you received the wrong product, please call us to receive a return-confirmation approval number. Returns must be shipped in all original packaging, with all associated paperwork, etc. Returns may be charged a re-stocking fee and/or shipping fee.
