5 stars***** at Copper State was so knowledgeable and available to answer all my questions. I was frustrated and mentally exhausted over trying to figure out what to do to get my roof either fixed or replaced. He took care of the paperwork and kept me informed during the process.Review fromMaggie J

5 stars5 STAR RECOMMENDATION! Last summer monsoons took their toll on my roof and fairly new air conditioning unit. My home has been (and still is) covered by a very well-known and respected insurance agency. When a microburst lifted my roof and moved a supporting carport beam, I had to file a claim with my insurance company. Unfortunately, the insurance company came back with an extreme lowball value for it all to be fixed correctly. I was distraught and had no idea how to navigate the required negotiations with my insurance company. Fortunately, Copper State Adjusting was handling negotiations with one of my neighbors whose home also was damaged in the same storm. ***** and *** from Copper State reassured me that my case was something they would navigate, getting all repairs financially covered by the insurance company to be done correctly. They did all the correspondence back and forth with the insurance company, arranging for a new appraisal, submitting estimations, submitting proper paperwork, and hiring trusted contractors. It could not have been done without them. My roof and carport have been fully repaired. We are still finishing up the repair of my fairly new air conditioning unit, but I know it will ultimately be done right. We have insurance companies for reasons; however, we are now living in days where we also need consumer advocates. I recommend Copper State Adjusting to anyone who must file a claim for any home repair with their insurance agency, no matter who the agency.Review fromKate W

5 starsRECOMMENDING TO NEIGHBORS! Copper State Adjusting are experts that can be trusted with any project! ***** and *** were both great when dealing with my claim. After a recent hail storm there was damage to my roof. They had been working with my neighbors and knocked on the door offering to take a look to see if I qualified to get it repaired. Man was I glad I had them look because there was extensive damage that I was completely unaware of. They were able to walk me through the claim process easily and got in contact with their preferred roofers to help with my repair. Since then I am very happy with my repairs and the expertise with my insurance claim. Several of my neighbors have asked to be referred and it seems like Copper State is growing and gaining more resources to take on more business. I'd recommend using them 100 times over. I feel like the only slow part was us all waiting to hear from insurance to which they continued to followup for quicker results. Their team is awesome. 5 starsBEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH **********************! I can't say enough great things about my roofing experience with Copper State Adjusting! They went above and beyond my expectations from the beginning until they completed the job. They walked me through the process and explained what was going on every step of the way. The quality of service and roofing materials they use is truly exceptional. I truly recommend Copper State Adjusting LLC for their quality of service and professionalism to everyone including my family and friends! Great experience! I can't thank you enough!

5 stars***** came to our door and asked if he could look at our roof for hail damage from the storm that had recently hit our neighborhood. I grilled him as I really am skeptical about people who I don't know coming to our front door. He passed my test so he went up on the roof and told me he felt he would be able to help us get a new roof. Needless to say ***** did a great job and we are getting a new roof. ***** is an honest person and a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to our new roof and would highly recommend ******
