This company incorrectly installed LVP flooring in our home in 2021. The flooring has since swelled, lifting the ends and edges of the flooring causing pieces of the locking mechanism to break and create splinters of vinyl in various places throughout the home. An inspector verified that over 80% of the home has this issue and it is in need of replacement. ILG is continuing to drag their feet pass the buck and not resolve the issue.

My wife and I have had extensive work done on our new construction home by ******. ****** sub contracted work out to *** on our tile floor, master shower, carpets. To be brief all 3 areas were train wrecks from day 1. This company has zero integrity and could really care less what the job looks like before during or after repairs. Our master shower took them 23 months to complete after 2 full demos and 2 half demos. The tilets they used were so incompetent that the tiler tiled over where the water spout should be. You know what the shower needs to make it a shower. No work ethic, no leadership, no supervision. Our tile floor has had grout haze, pitting and looks horrible. We have 2 damaged tiles that they told us were discontinued when they could not find a match. They were not discontinued but rather the opposite. ***** pieces in mfg warehouse means they just didn't care. They refuse to acknowledge that the grout haze was thier fault but same company sub contracted by ILG to do our master shower installed our tile floor. No one wants to take ownership of this. I guess it is **** it up buttercup deal with it. Sorry but ILG should go out of business. They are so terrible that if they are used by your homebuilder just get the register of contractors number handy. You will need it! They need to refund our $15000 super luxury upgraded platinum tile after giving us super crappy refurbished previously owned looking tile.

I purchased a ****** home in 2020, with construction completed in July, 2021. Interior Logic did a substantial amount of the interior work, including installing the granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. A seam in the kitchen counter is what my complaint is about. There are three seams in my kitchen counters - one in the island, one under the cooktop, and one near a corner where the counter changes directions. Two are perfect, but the third, where the counter changes directions, has been defective from the time we moved in. The defect is that one side has lifted slightly, perhaps 1/8", leaving a ledge and jagged seam in the granite surface. I reported this problem to ****** homes for warranty work before the end of the first year warranty in June, 2022. ****** had Interior Logic handle the repair, which was to use clamps to level the counter top and then glue it. The repair lasted a few days before the seam started to separate again. In a few weeks it looked like no repair had been done. I reported the problem a second time, and ****** again sent Interior Logic to fix it. As before, the counter was clamped and glued. Also as before, the repair started to fail in a couple of days. I requested of ****** that managers be sent to evaluate the problem, and Interior Logic complied. I was told that a more involved repair would be required, and that they would schedule it. The third repair was scheduled. The repair crew that was sent knew nothing of this history of my problem, nor did they have any idea what would be required for this repair. Interior Logic only told them to repair a granite counter seam. They had only the tools and parts to level and glue the granite, not to lift it and actually fix the problem. I did not allow them to glue the counter a third time. I have complained to ****** Homes, but so far no further action has been taken. If my counter cannot be repaired to my satisfaction I would like it replaced.

Interior Logic has repeatedly not completed the work that has been requested through **********, Richmond American. The initial work order was placed on 4/26 to complete grout that was poorly done at the completion of the home. Additional appointments were made on 6/10, 7/22, and 8/30, to address not only the bubbles in the grout, it also uneven tile, and discoloring tile in the master bath that appears to be due to water damage behind the tile. Numerous emails and calls have been made by Richmond American, only to be found with no response. I was told in July that tile would be ordered, only for the worker on 8/30 tell me that he couldnt perform the work. No additional appointments or updates or correspondence for when the work will be completed has been communicated since August. I would for my tile in the master bath to be replaced, grout throughout my home redone, chipped tiles replaced, and uneven tiles replaced.
