I am extremely displeased with the service I received over the phone from Sunrise Preschool at the ****** location. As a parent, I expect communication, professionalism, and most importantly, a safe and supportive environment for my child. Unfortunately, this location has consistently failed in those areas. They do not review or reference the child's chart, which is a serious concern regarding the individual care and attention each child should receive. I also do not feel welcomed or involved in my child's education or daily activitiessomething that is vital in a preschool setting.Their mobile applications are not updated, making it difficult to stay informed, and worst of all, they do not properly notify parents about who signs their child in. This is not only unprofessional but also a major safety concern.I cannot in good conscience recommend this preschool to other parents. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

My son has numerous notes from school from a friend scratching, biting, punching, kicking and pinching but now ** getting notes that my son is getting his face slammed into objects and kids jabbing things near his EYES. The teachers complain about the same kids surrounding my son keep harming my son and no one at the front is doing anything about it. Teachers tell me that if they send too many kids home for bad behavior that they will get in trouble since theres not enough money coming in. Thats insane!! Shouldnt kids safety come first??
