    We contracted with Kona Land and Water Escapes to put a spa into our backyard on September 24, 2021. We gave them a deposit of $16,000 and at the time, they told us it may take up to 9 or **************************************** and then they could start the construction. We have made numerous phone calls to the business to try to get status on the project, and have gotten not one reply back. Now their website is down, and it is not clear whether or not they are still operating as a business. From the other review on this site, it seems like we are not the only people who have projects that they will not respond to.

    *************************** is a valued customer of ours,in fact this is the 3rd contract with a us. When he signed the contract the spa had a lead time of 9 to 10 months. Unfortunately, the manufacture fell behind and it added another 6 weeks to 2 months.  We have expressed our apologies to ***** and he decided to wait. ***** now has the owners cell phone, so we can answer any and all questions right away.  ***** did us a favor, he was the one that informed us that our website was not working.  Our firewall was compromised,because of him it has been restored. We look forward to completing his contract.
