    If I could leave zero stars I would. We Paid our initail deposit with Lavender Landscape on May 7, 2024. They STILL have not finished our project. The pool, structures, turf, tile, landscaping, electrical, clean up, etc are not completed. Lots of promises made during the design stage that were not included in the contract. READ everything carefully. They said plant selections, etc would be finalized closer to selection time, for example, this is not true. They are very quick to take the money and then not do what they promise. I would never use again or recommend this company to others. HUGE disappointment.

    Scammers! Dont trust them with any job theyre not honest and they dont pay their subcontractors. Find yourself another honest and well-established company, because this one definitely isnt it.

    Currently in a dispute with Lavender. The owner ***** *** is a condescending ***** who likes to degrade women. The design is not per plan.. 2 months behind schedule. Actually had the audacity to tell me my fiance must be so happy with me. They have fraudulent charges on the invoice and wont acknowledge them. Legal is now taking over do the ******* owner. Do not use them!

    My husband and I hired Lavender Landscape Design Co. to design our pool, back and front yards. We absolutely love the 3D design video that Lavender created for us! It helped us visualize our yard and new home. The design video is very in depth. You can truly see every element of the plan. *****, the owner and chief designer at Lavender, was able to edit the design on the spot with us when we wanted to make some tweaks to the plan. She answered all of our questions and helped us come up with creative ways to make our yard exactly what we envisioned. The Lavender team was responsive, innovative and collaborative to work with. We are extremely happy with our pool and yard design. We truly have our dream oasis in the desert!

    We couldnt be happier with the design, construction, and end result of our landscaping and pool project. Our backyard offered unique challenges with steep grading and an extremely hard dig, but ***** and the Lavender Landscape team rose to the challenge and created a beautiful backyard that exceeded our expectations. They turned a barren rock patch into a desert oasis. I would highly recommend Lavender Landscapes to anyone looking for a modern, unique landscape design.

    Beware Never dealt with such a unprofessional company They took a year past promise date to complete So many issues They forgot to put gas line in for starters Had to redo so many things because of poor workmanship Weeks go by and no one there to work Lights, plumbing, decking, pebble tech and structures were all issues They can design but have no idea how to implement They remove all negative comments from instagram and block you

    I wish I would have read these reviews before we started our project. We love our designer and everything that he put together, however the construction side really does not know what they are doing. Poor communication, no accountability to a timeline, consistently advanced billing yet many areas from prior billing cycles have not been completed. Definitely would not recommend.

    Beware Buyer!!Zero stars!! All the reviews about Lavender is exactly what my husband and myself have been dealing with Lavender since October of 2023 we are over a year now into our project and yes our project is still not done. Lavender is very shady company. Big talk from the owner, very arrogant, no integrity she does not stand by her work. Shotty work, incompetent project mangers!

    My husband and I own multiple properties and have done 5 full landscape projects with local landscapers. We decided to try lavender landscape for our personal home, we expected a more "elevated experience" considering it was X times the cost of our normal teams.Unfortunately, from day 1 the sales team lied every single step of the way. We interviewed 6 companies the first of May and told each team "our number 1 goal is for this project to be done by mid July due to an event at our home." 4/6 of the teams said they wouldn't be able to kick off the project for 6 weeks. Ok great, Thanks for the honesty!Lavender sales guy laughed when I told him that and said "we can start right away and this is a simple project with sod and trees only." I have in writing how he re-iterated this MULTIPLE times. We paid and moved forwarded. well... come **** and nothing has been started and I am finding myself reaching out daily to get a response from anyone. We had paid a TON of money at that point and couldn't even get a start date. I even reached out to their "care" team who totally brushed it off and said they would follow up with ZERO follow up.Once they finally started.. IN MID JULY... it had been a mess. I reminded the team OVER AND OVER about our event and they kept re-assuring me the project would be done. By the day of our event, our home was a full demolition and it wasn't even safe for people to walk around. We had to lay cardboard from the street to ensure people wouldn't get hurt. Its now August and the project is still not finished and we don't have a day or any idea of when it will be. They continue to request our final payment even though they have NOT finished and our driveway is TRASHED with paint. I emailed the accounting team 3+ times with zero reply. The sales team is dishonest and just "want to make a sale." I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Especially for the price you pay to work with them. DO NOT HIRE THIS TEAM!!!

    ***** Cooley9 reviews8 photos7 months agoAs soon as my project was started with the lavender team it was smooth sailing. The construction team was on time and at the project all day. **** was my project manager and I can't speak more highly! He was always on top of it and VERY honest about everything! He continued to keep me informed every week. We had a few hiccups and him and the lavender team worked quickly to resolve which is KEY to customer happiness!! 5/5 stars for construction and ****!!

    ZERO STARS! ABSOLUTELY avoid this company AT ALL COSTS and PLEASE read reviews! The recent ****** reviews, ROC complaints and BBB complaints/reviews are all saying something! Several of their five-star reviews on ****** and BBB are current and former lavender employees. All reviews should be required to be verified as actual customers. We sat completely idle for six weeks with zero workers on site with no reasons given. Requests for work/materials/deliveries put in by our superintendent were repeatedly ignored or bumped for other projects. Items that were supposed to be in the design quotes were missed and never got done. Travertine and stone we picked out a year prior became unavailable and when picking out new materials, we discovered that we were only shown the highest level price range and had no idea any less expensive options were available- saving us TENS of thousands. Our recently hooked up hot tub has not worked from the start. All emails, calls and messages sent to ***** or any persons of authority go ignored or they have office staff reply. They have over $220,000 of our money and act like they are doing us a free favor. This project has been an absolute nightmare and has affected my mental health. As business owners ourselves, I would be DEVASTATED knowing even one person is as upset as I have expressed myself to be. A simple call from someone in management would have gone a long way but its clear this company has zero empathy for the people who are paying them. Its appalling how they hide behind the staff that has zero authority to deal with our complaints other than to be the messenger and take the backlash. We just want this project completed but we fear we will never hear from them again if we make our small final payment (as other reviewers has claimed). Unfortunately we are left with no choice but to file formal complaints with the proper authorities. I have proof. The pics they post of MY yard dont depict the anxiety they have caused me.
