    This company is a scam. Their technician ******* lied to me professing he worked for ******** and you have to know how to rekey a *** otherwise IT could mess up your ignition or electrical components of the vehicle. He discouraged me from using another locksmith saying they lie about being able to rekey Mercedes ***s. I have been call them all week. (1/3-1/10/2025) My vehicle was supposed to be completely fixed on 12/31/24. However the *** was not fixed without issues. I have to push the ************* buttons many time in order to get a response from the *** to activate entry or protecting my car when unsupervised. I was locked out in the cold and they told me a manger would call which they did not. On 1/8/25 with multiple calls I finally receive a call from the manager ***** or ******. His response was for me to buy a new battery and suggested an Energizer or Duracell. I disagreed and told him that I just got the *** less than a week ago and called them two days later not regarding issue excluding New Year Day. I told him I felt uncomfortable doing anything like that since #1 I dont know how to do it and #2 didnt want to break it and have the blame fall on me. He further tells me that the ultimate discussion lie in the lead technician which is strange as he was posing to be their manager. He final said that they would come out but Id have to pay another service fee. Again I disagreed stating I just paid $380 less that a week ago. The manager said he would call me back that same day and I never heard back from him. I just called again and of course the dispatcher said the manager would call me back. I do not believe he will. Sure Lock and key are scammers who took advantage of me. Yesterday (1/9/25) I had to push the lock button 10 times and 23 times to unlock the door after work while it was snowing. All I want is to be able to enter and secure my car and afraid that the component of the key that starts the car will eventually leave me stranded

    Terrible experience, **** and his brother employees of Sure Lock and Security, not knowing what they were doing, 4 hours of drilling to open a front door. damaged the door and the slider as well, thinking they could get in that way after failing the front door.
