    I placed an order on Oct 5, 2024, on 10/8/24 I received an email to schedule my delivery. I spoke to a ***resentative at the delivery company to verify I was available for delivery for the week of Oct 21, 2024 and could do Weds, Thurs or Fri but unavailable on Mon 10/21 or Tues 10/22, the *** said ok I would receive information on delivery date. I received notification that they would deliver 10/21/24, this was after I had already advised them I would not be available that day. They advised the next available delivery would be 11/11/24, On 10/26/24 I received the following response "Weve informed the carrier of your preference to avoid delivery after November 11, and theyve been made aware that you wont be available on Tuesdays. They should reach out 2-3 days before the scheduled delivery to confirm the date with you", after numerous back and forth of trying to get an answer that it will be 11/11/24 I am now getting zero response from the company.

    This complaint is filed on the wrong company. Peak Realty Solutions is a real estate investment company only. We do not provide deliveries of any consumer products.

    I ordered a bed frame and two nightstands as well as I paid for the white glove delivery service which includes delivery, assembly and removal of trash and debris. This service was not fulfilled -- the delivery driver stated they do not put furniture together after they unboxed on nightstand and it was broken. I emailed the company about this and they will not email me back to rectify this situation nor will they send me a replacement nightstand. I am jumping through hoops to attempt to get someone to contact me via Email, their chat on the website, and whatsup which are the only means of customer service and no one will reply back to me. At this point I just want a refund and this furniture can be taken back by the company who did the delivery. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
