      Back in 2014, I went to My Doctor Now since it was listed as a primary care doctor for my insurance. I paid my copay was seen. They did nothing for me. Barely listened to concerns etc.All of a sudden I started getting bills. We ended up filing bankruptcy in 2021 to 2022. Which they were apart of. We spoke with them since they were harassing me after the bankruptcy. **** them the bankruptcy case number and our lawyers information so they could call them. It went quiet for a couple of months and I am receiving bills again. Once or twice a month. Its been ***************************************************** even though my insurance paid them and I paid my copay and they were in included in my bankruptcy. But after 7 years, it is supposed to be dropped of my credit and it has not

      Started receiving bills a few months back for *********************** (minor at time of service). I called and was told it was from 12/17/2018. I explained that **** had 100% coverage at the time with BCBS and also had AHCCCS as a secondary. I asked for information on the insurance companies response. I told them I had never received a bill and the address they had for us was no longer ours and hadn't been for several years. ******* said I had to talk to Supervisor, none was available so my call would be returned. I kept my phone with me all day no call then or ever. I also asked ******* to have a copy of the itemized bill and all responses from insurance companies sent to me - I did not receive this either.I do not owe them money as this was completely covered by insurance.
