      Visiting this dispensary was an absolute huge waste of time. They're not open even though it says they are on ****** Maps. There was a huge lock on the door when I went there during business hours and there wasn't a single soul in the building. Take your business elsewhere

      ****** NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! Probably THE rudest, nastiest, most entitled person I have ever encountered. She made my 6 year old daughter and I sit in our car in the rain for an hour. When I politely asked when everything would be done she said it will be ready when its ready and sorry an hour for a 4 cartridge online order was beyond my patience. At that point I refused to envolve myself with her awful, childish behavior as she started calling me the ** Word the **word and pretty much any profanity she could get out while I asked for the manager. Now, the manager was very kind and took time out of what she was doing to not only help me but also gave me some coupons. To you maam thank you for your time and consideration. But ****** has zero customer service skills and racist tendencys. I sincerely hope her beliefs and ways do not reflect Mint. Ive seen numerous complaints about her, yet shes still at the window. Maybe Mint stands behind her actions. Until toxic people like that are removed from staff, Id caution against any person of color using the Drive Thru. Ive been going here for almost 5 years and it really stings to know that in order to go to one of my favorite dispensaries I have to subject myself to this type of treatment.
