    Jun 26 & 27 Two Men and a Truck agreed to pack and move my entire house from one location to another in *******.4 Months later I still do not have the rest of my household goods. Missing multiple boxes, furniture, garage, office, camping, gardening, and household items. They decided to throw away multiple items including a 3k teak desk. Missing parts to put furniture together, 3 feet to my couch, they destroyed over half the items that were delivered. They had no moving supplies with them on the truck. No moving blankets, boxes for TVs and wall art and mirrors.I have called, emailed, and sent multiple texts with no response or resolution.

    Hello, This customer has been very difficult to work with since she does not respond to emails.  First, this customer disputed with her credit card company the total bill of $3800 and won, so she has not paid us any money for the packing supplies, labor, transportation from ************, ** to ***********, *******, storage and final delivery of items. We did damage a small desk that was deemed unrepairable and therefore did dispose of it.  We also disposed of 2 ice chests that had moldy food in them, which we should have never transported in the first place under Federal Law, but our crew did to help the customer.  We also damaged a outdoor patio that was dry rotted and we have pictures of the table.  I reached out to ************ on Aug 4th with various emails, containing the final invoices, pictures of the damaged items.  ************ also claims we did not deliver all of the items from the attic in our truck.  One of the issues is when we delivered the truck of items to the storage unit in ***********, it was not big enough to fit all items and she had no place to fit the rest of the items, so in good customer service we agreed to bring items back to our warehouse and store them.  We then called ************ multiple times to deliver the final items.  We then were able to finally get a hold of her and deliver all items except for damaged desk and 2 ice chests on July 15.  This is when she finally got her home and was able to take delivery of all remaining items.  I sent an email on Aug 4th with all items delivered on July 15 that was left on the truck and got no response.  She claimed she had a wood repair person come out to give a quote on the table and I asked for the estimate to repair the patio table which was requested in an email on 8/17/23 and never received a response.  This issue is closed due to the fact she has not paid our company any money for any of the services.
