    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The business has already contacted me directly and has setup a meeting to move forward and resolve the issues. I feel that at this time, the BBB can  consider this complaint resolved.

    ded saying that he was working with his landscapers to help find the rock and wrote "We just ask for a little patience on your end. I understand how frustrating this is".8) I replied back and wrote "I completely understand, and I am very thankful that you are addressing the issues".9) I have NOT been contacted by Beyond Stone Solutions since May 23, *******) The business' lack of action for almost eight months has resulted in hundreds of hours of me personally hauling away damaged rock, cleaning up all the dust after monsoons, and finally making the decision to fix the problems myself. From 8/15/2022 - 12/19/2022, I underwent four hand surgeries which caused me additional anxiety about my situation and all of the labor I had to do myself.11) Lastly, cost have risen significantly in the last year and the restoration of my backyard, courtyard and south side of my house is going to cost me double or more of what it would have cost eight months ago.

    Thank you for reaching out. I am very sorry about the time delay on this issue. The manager with our company working on this issue took a medical leave of absence in June and ended up taking several work items home and then ended up being off of work indefinitely due to medical issues and this was just not on anyone else's radar here, my deepest apologies. We wish you would have reached out again to us sooner, as we have always responded to you, but I understand why you may have felt you didn't need to keep reaching out to us. We have never not responded or been unwilling to work with you anytime you contacted us directly and our stance has not changed, we just did not have this issue on anyone's assignment and that is on us completely. We will reach out directly to get that project manager back out to discuss everything that you have done and work with you on a resolution of this issue. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority.
