1 starReview of Bill Luke Tempe I recently traded in my perfect Tesla for a used Alfa Romeo Giulia at Bill Luke Tempe, and Im still waiting on a resolution to several serious problems. The dealership failed to disclose multiple safety issues and hid the true condition of the car, especially the exterior, which had visible damage that was not shown or mentioned during the sale.Shortly after the purchase, I discovered several safety-related malfunctions, incorrect gas mileage readings, and a malfunctioning climate control system the A/C randomly blows heat even when turned off. These are not minor concerns, and they clearly should have been addressed or disclosed before the sale.Ive contacted the dealership, but so far Ive gotten no clear resolution. Im hopeful they will take responsibility and make this right, but until then, I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase at Bill Luke Tempe to be extremely cautious. Get an independent inspection and dont rely on their word alone.Bill Luke Fiat

To Bill Luke Tempe,Stop lying and start acting like a "family-owned business" not like a group of children trying to cover things ****** knew about the gas issue. During the test drive, I asked ******, Im on E? and he replied, No, it does that it did it to me too. That alone proves you were aware of the issue before the ******** also knew about the other problems, and I didnt even get to fully inspect the car until after the papers were signed. Thats deceptive and completely unprofessional.On top of that, you knowingly charged my card without my permission thats a separate legal issue Im prepared to pursue.Ive already contacted the Arizona Attorney General. If this deal isnt voided immediately, I will continue gathering everything and escalate it further. Stop hiding and take responsibility before this gets even worse.**** ********Review fromshanna h

1 starMy husband and I learned today about something called bait and switch, we found a vehicle on this dealership website my husband spent 3 days talking to Tempe **** **** about this vehicle even this morning was sent a text with a picture letting us know it was ready to come see, we were shown the vehicle, test drove and was even told about it being a buy back and the issues with it and so on, everything that was on the website about this vehicle, we sat down started paperwork then was told the vehicle was ****** more than what was listed my husband showed the listing of the vehicle to the sales man who looked to be in shock about the price listed, proceeded to go a speak with his boss who then proceeded to try and explain that this was not the right vehicle, he brought a paper with a different stock number, so what they did was place a vehicle on the site that would draw a lot of attention, then would tell you it was wrong and try to sell you something else, this tactic has taken crooked to a new level. Buyer Beware stay far away from people who run their business with deception to try and make sale.Bill Luke Fiat

5 starsWe bought a car from **** **** in Tempe, it was the best experience we've had buying a car, they were nice, no pressure at all, we bought on line and the car is everything they told us it would be, **** in Finance and ****** delivered our car on time and went over everything with us. I would buy from them again and again. No pressure is great when you have time to make up your own mind with their help. **********Bill Luke Fiat

1 starI bought a used 2018 ****** Rav 4 in March of 2024. A few weeks later, I realized they had billed me $4500 for extra services I did not need: $3000 service warranty, $400 for a four year window tint warranty, and $1000 for an engine lock theft deterrent. After multiple calls to the dealer, messages left without responses, I finally reached a real person in finance. Without much discussion, he said he would refund the $3000 "service contract fee", but not the other two. A couple months later, still without the refund, another finance person told me that person who promised me the refund doesn't work there anymore and they could not access his records. But they would still honor a prorated refund, which I did receive.However, they would not refund the engine lock or window tint warranty.These were both useless expenses for me because: 1. ****** already factory installs engine locks in all of its vehicles, and 2. The tinted windows were also factory installed and in the unlikely event that a window tint failed, they could be re-tinted for a fraction of that warranty fee.For all of the initials I gave them, not one of them listed the cost until they handed me the key and the final bill of sale. After hours of negotiating, I just wanted to go home and signed the contract.These services and fees are unnecessary and useless to me and I would appreciate a refund.Bill Luke Fiat

1 starWe have had nothing but problems with the service department at this dealership. When we originally purchased our vehicle, within the first 40 days we needed an oil change. I called the service department and they said it had been done before we purchased the car, and it just needed to be reset. A week later i was driving and my vehicle started shaking and it shut down on me. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, come to find out there was no oil in the vehicle and it needed a new engine. we asked if we could trade it in and get something else, and their response was "No, we cannot tale that loss" After we got the vehicle back the fender flare was broken, and the hood wasn't aligned correctly. Mind you, this is an Alfa Romeo, A High End Vehicle. oh and they did charge us $200 for the oil change, LOL. Fast forward to now, car is back in service department few weeks ago, the middle console stopped working, we cannot use the radio, turn it on up down, nothing. We purchased an extended warranty, they take the car in, 2 days go by and our service advisor calls and says that it is not covered they are accusing us of spilling something sticky inside of it. Again, I ask for the top guys number of the dealership, and they refuse to give it to me, or an email. They want me to deal with a service manager, that has never helped me, and runs the service **** that we have had nothing but issues with. We did purchase a used vehicle, with LOTS of issues, everything in it has broke in the 2 years we have had it, we will not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. From being lied to from our salesman, to jacked around at the service department. I would expect more from a Dealership of ALFA ROMEO!!!!Bill Luke Fiat

1 starHi, my name is ***************, I like to file a complaint against ************************, Mr.****, I wish I spell his name right. Last month, I purchase the ****** Rogue 2022, before we walk out the building, we signed all the document. The only thing is that they need to complete the document with any bill, state them with my and my wife's name. And then today, they sent out a tow truck to tow away my car and I'll need to file this to the court, and BBB because I checked your profile showed that your a member of BBB. And then after that, I'm gonna file this to the court because this is how y'all do this by robbing the people. If you having any questions regarding this complaint, , thank you. Again, I want a HARD complaint against ************************. And then I'm gonna post this to your home page if you are not taking care of this matter. I need this taken care as soon as possible. 1 starLong story short. Bought car from them and this is the only shop that has done repairs on the vehicle.My rear wiper went out. During first inspection, was documented and told new wiper motor was needed.On second visit, was told that motor was working, but installed incorrectly. I was charged $200 for this.My service technician didn't care. I brought to managements attention and they didn't care. What a weird hill to die on. You lost an established customer over a frivolous $200 charge. I'll be buying my next vehicle elsewhere.Review fromcharles k

1 starI took my ***** in for transmission work. It was covered under an extended warranty. This was the second time I took it to this dealership for the same problem. I was told that the work would most likely be done within seven days so I rented a car while the work was being done. After the 7th day, and after many calls to them to find out the status of my repair, I was told that the transmission was covered under their previous work since they had just put the transmission part in. They told me they shipped it off to ***** as they had trouble fixing it. They did not inform me of their doing this. In the end, I waited a total of 18 days for the car to be fixed. After receiving it back, they informed me that ***** told them that it was not the transmission that was the problem but it was the engine mount. I drove the car home, and the problem was substantially worse than before. It smells like the transmission is burning and frequently gets stuck in 2 and 3rd ****. On top of it, I was charged almost $400 for the rental car as the warranty would only cover $350 of the rental car and ***************** told me that it was not their responsibility to cover the remaining amount. I have to say this is frustrating as they did not inform me that they were moving it to another dealership. I have to say, over the last 30 years, this was the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I bought the car from them and kept the service with them as they had always been responsible, timely, and performed solid work. In the past, when they kept it longer than 7 days they covered the rental until the work was done. Now my extended warranty has lapsed, and I am stuck with a worse problem than I gave to them, and I was stuck with a rental car bill of $400 because they could not recognize an engine mount problem and could not diagnose a transmission problem. A simple test drive after the work was completed would have been all that was needed to see that the issue had not been resolved.Bill Luke Fiat

1 starIt took too long to service my car, a month. *** never had *********** that long ever. It also took too long to find a solution after weeks of running tests. I had to have a rental longer than I thought I wouldve. Getting updates was not a priority, I would have to call and leave a vm most of the time. Of course the answer when I actually spoke to my adviser was were still running tests or he had to check with his techs. Never replaced my headlight and license plate light like I requested. They shouldve paid for my rental due to a delay on their part since I had to keep it longer because of them. Keeping me updated on my car was not a priority, neither was answering the phone and returning calls. Very unhappy and greatly inconvenienced.
