    Ordered a 1 year subscription. Stopped using within a few months. Got charged for a renewal. Tried to contact by email with no answer. Number listed is not real.

    They did not uphold their satisfaction guarantee when I requested a cancellation within the first 2 days of trial. To which they replied Hey ****** *********, Your ticket message to us was "You do not support any other games I would need this software for. I would not like to answer any more questions without receiving my refund." The free trail is exactly that, free. Please review the box you checked you when purchased "I have tested the free trial and I am satisfied with the software results." There is no payment required to test the free trial. As stated at checkout, it is your responsibility to test the free trial prior to purchase. You can view all games we offer here: ************************************************** Thanks To which I replied They are also not co-operating in canceling my subscription and making it mentally and pain-stakingly difficult. I am going to be getting my bank involved on Monday but the fact that a business would do this shows they care about nothing but turning a profit even at the misconduct of others. They also mention a free trial that isnt available for mobile devices which is solely what I entered the free trial for. The fact they would rather get $150 out of someone who is dissatisfied with the product/service just shows their true character and I would never support such arrogant disregard for customer dissatisfaction. Excuse me but what does the 2 day free trial mean if you say the free trial is just that. Free.I would like for this person to edit out my last name as it is defamation of character to disclose private information when I do not know your first or last name or where youre based out of or what country you operate

    I am here seeking a refund from ************************** for not being satisfied with their service.  They offer a time sensitive satisfaction guarantee yet claim that the free trial is the satisfaction guarantee which is manipulated and insincere.  Regardless of what they offer a dissatisfied customer should be treated with respect and I have received the exact opposite.
