    As a community we collectively paid McMillan paving $****** to double chip seal our residential dirt road. Work started Monday June 26 and was finished prior to July 4th. In our estimate it is stated Mc ****** pavement will grade desired base to level surface, removing any major holes or washboarding. Compact base for solid surface. Chip seal then clean up. Apply a double course of chip seal to agreed upon areas. Chiseling main roadways using CRS-2 and 3?8 crushed approx ****** feet. clean up. McMillan pavement did not grade the surface as stated in agreement and we as a community felt it needed more preparation. Attempts to contact McMillan pavement for repairs eventually lead to unsatisfactory repairs. They refused to repair some areas at all.WE have an estimate to repair McMillan's work for $40,000. Please note the road deteriorated very quickly. within 2 months it was as bad as prior to hiring McMillan Pavement.
