Avoid this place at all costs.This was one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional experiences Ive ever had. I called ahead to make sure they had time to look at my MacBook. They said yes. I drove over, walked in, and was immediately told, Were closing in five minutes, followed by, so no, we wont have time.I explained I had just called and was told the opposite, and the guy couldnt care less. He started going on about how hed have to download software and do all this extra work. I told him that wasnt necessaryId already done it myself the night before. Instead of listening, he talked over me, cut me off, and treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about.Then he slammed my laptop shut mid-sentence and said, You know what? Im gonna pass, and completely turned me away.This wasnt just bad serviceit was blatantly rude and degrading. They wasted my time, didnt honor their word, and treated me like garbage. Do not bring your business here unless you enjoy being disrespected and dismissed. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

For safety reasons, the stores do close at their posted time. This is 7pm most days. So, while it is possible to write a loan up to about 6:50pm, it's a bit of a challenge.If you tell me more about your MacBook, I can perhaps offer some insight into if we would have purchaed it or loaned against it.Our general standards for MacBooks are as follows:We buy or lend on ***** laptops including MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro as follows:Must be 2021 or newer.Not locked, password protected or iCloud locked. ****** account must be removed.Sold price on **** of $200 or more.Screen must be in excellent condition, not cracked or damaged.Review fromMichelle F

I am not only a potential customer but an employee for the **************** and I was hung up on twice today.At work I called for Employee Verification and I was hung up on.After my shift I called back and asked to speak with a manager and the call was again disconnected.This is unprofessional and rude on all accounts. I do not recommend this store and will be sure to make it a point to mention my experience to everyone I interact with.I will be posting this review on my personal ***************** and Yelp along with a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.This was today, March 6th at 12:50PM. I'm sorry for your experience. We have VOIP phones and we have been having some issues with them.Also, I'm confused why the **************** would call a store for employment verification. All employment verification goes through The Work Number for your convenience. We do not verify employment directly as we have outsourced this to The Work Number.Oro Express LLC

This was not a consumer, this was a business to business transaction.DES has to handle this through our corporate office. The number to that corporate office is in their file. We have voice mail, e-mail, and TXT available there.While she may have e-mailed or called the store, does not make sense to me. The store doesn't have an account with DES, only the corporate office does.
