    Be wary, they are deleting negative ****** reviews, why I am putting in with BBB. When I put in this ****** review there were at least 3 other 1 star reviews that are no longer visible today. Poor service. Experienced longer wait times and less courteousness than "white" clients. After 5 years being a client here, was treated dismissively by the owner for scheduled 30 min appointment. I left after 20 minutes past my appointment after watching my tech chat with personal friends and putting "white" clients not even on the schedule ahead of my schedule appointment. I was called 38 minutes past my appointment and told that it was the "service industry's" fault without any apology for missing my appointment. I pointed out the unfairness regarding their "white" person priority, they responded with excuses regarding the equipment...none of which made sense and would all have required them to reschedule my appointment anyway. The owners then decided to cancel my membership instead of owning their mistake. This is how they treat a client after 5 years of loyalty. I no longer endorse or recommend Allure Infinite Beauty or under new name Urban Aesthetics. Look under both names for accurate reviews.
