  The worst experience I've ever had with any home repair service! ***** was not only the rudest person I've ever dealt with, the job was terrible. He lied about having replaced things that he didn't that he charged me thousand of dollars for and everything that was done was not up to code, was sloppily done, was actually dangerous what he left me with. He would not repair most of the job or give me my money back so I had to hire other plumbers to fix everything and pay thousands more dollars when I'm already working multiple jobs just to try and put food on my table. If I could give zero stars I would. I've told countless numbers of people to stay away from this company. I had second opinions from other plumber friends that this job was so terrible that I need to get my money back.

  On their website they state the following: "Free Estimates and Camera Inspections At ASAP Plumbing, we believe in providing the best possible service to our clients. Thats why we offer free estimates and free camera inspections to diagnose your sewer line problems accurately. Trust us to deliver a cost-effective and reliable solution for your sewer line repair needs." But when I called them they said I would need to pay a $89 trip charge for an estimate. That doesn't sound free to me, that sounds like false advertising. No thank you!!!

  I will not ever use this company again. They did a very poor job. And Over charged me for there services. The first technician they sent out. Didnt fix the toilet like he charged me. The second technician they sent out wanted to charge me $200 to fix the toilet. I will not ever use this business again.

  Asap plumbing was called out by my restoration company. They were supposed to relocate the water heater so my family and I could continue to live in our home while mold remediation was being done. The tech came out and only removed it and looped the line. Someone was supposed to come back out to relocate later that day and no one came out. When the remediation company reached out the plumbing company called me directly to tell me that they couldnt relocate the water heater because too many fittings on the vent would cause carbon monoxide would be pushed back into our garage cause a liability. If he would have been informed correctly the water would have been installed in a platform directly below the vent requiring no fittings whatsoever. The pressure relief valve would have been installed straight out with no fittings honing the water a straight shot so if anything the water heater would have been in a better position then where its currently installed. I was told by the supervisor to install it my self since Im so smart and know so much. I proceeded to let him know that no payment would be made so he got upset and started to use foul language going to the extend of calling me a stupid Mexican. I have a recording of our conversation and will be using it to dispute any and all payment due since I did install my own water heater and they attempted to lie to me instead of preforming their job correctly. I will not be taken advantage if and I will also assist so no one gets taken advantage of from this company.

  Great work by **** and **** of ASAP plumbing. They found an opened up a clog in the condensation line from my AC to the exterior of my home that was shutting down my AC in our extreme heat. They came on short notice, and immediately to identified the problem went to prior visits by my AC contractor, failed to fix it. I would highly recommend them.

  I would give a minus 10. I found a $39 faucet installation special on their website called ASAP on 6/5. Spoke to person asked if the $39 faucet installation was still valid. She put me on hold and verified it was valid l booked appointment for 6/5 between 3-5pm to install ctr set kitchen faucet. I confirmed appt about 2:45pm. All was good. Then called again about 4:50pm to see if they were still coming. Said be there shortly. Tech contacted me after 5pm said he be at home by5:30pm arrived late. He Got here I confirmed $39 faucet installation per my original appointment price he said it's $250. I said no $39 per your website advertising and I booked it at $39. He went outside called his boss I presume came back in and said the ad was a typo. I told that was not my fault. I booked at $39 he called someone again repeated to tell me the ad was a typo and cost is $250. I explained to him that his company needed to honor the $39 price I booked the appointment at. All said and done he left didn't install my faucet as I was not paying $250 for service I booked at $39. False advertising blatant disregard for me the customer. And 45 minutes late. I sat ang waited for 2 hrs plus for no faucet installation and was lied to by this company. ASAP plumbing is dishonest and have duped people with false advertising. Don't ever use them for anything

  My review wont fit here. Please go to ****** and look for the review from today, 01/26/23, that starts with this: I reached out to ASAP to schedule service for our church, based upon a recommendation from someone with hopes of **************** Monday 01/23/23.After you read that longer review, youll see they have scheduling issues, poor technician performance, bait and switch pricing, and ************** showed up impaired. Definitely unprofessional and did not even try to make things right! The supervisor even said for me to have another company quote the repair and they would beat the quoted pricing. Thats very unacceptable! Do better ASAP!!!
