    I have a big No Soliciting sign next to my door in English and Spanish. They did not care about my personal request and still put items on my door. I live in ************* and I do not think soliciting is even allowed here. I do not want or need their services and I work out of town for days and it shows know one is home. It's rude and unprofessional to not care what the homeowner would like.

    I am the owner of TotalTech Arizona, LLC. We are sorry to hear that placing a single advertisement on this homeowner's door was detrimental enough for them to file a BBB complaint. We hire a third party service to distribute these fliers for us, and they are given specific instructions to avoid business, vehicles, and residential doors with "No Soliciting" signs, for this very reason. It is possible that the workers did not see the signs and it was an honest mistake. It would be just as easy to simply throw the ad in the trash and go on with life like every other normal citizen would do. This platform should not be abused by individuals who have never used our services. That would cause it to minimize the legitimate complaints of individuals who have actually used a service and had a truly bad experience. This is not the case here. This complaint should be removed immediately because it is disingenuous and is absolutely unrelated to our job performance.
