    My representative ************************* with Carol Royse ***************************** sent a home inspector to my home on 8/12/2022, ***** was not present, I was told not to be at my place of residence while the inspection. I have a dog and she said that it would be acceptable if I stayed in my camping trailer while the inspection was performed. Before reentry of my house I saw 3 men exit. When I entered my home I noticed that a television monitor had been moved and the house was hot, I then went to check my thermostat, it was at 80f, I adjusted then noticed closet doors were partially open when they had been closed, upon further inspection i noticed a dresser door to be open as well.All sinks were dry, the supposed inspector had no ladder to access the roof. I have surveillance cameras that show the inspector doing nothing more than taking photographs.The bottom line is that I feel violated, I have changed my bank account and contacted the ***** ******************************************* will not return calls, I only received a text a text on 8/12/2022 at 4:48 pm saying that it was her daughters birthday and had no time to discuss my concerns.
