      Roofing Consultants of Arizona charged $17,792 to shingle our roof. On March 15, 2024 a foot sized hole was discovered in the roof plywood from inside the attic. We immediately notified the roofing contractor by phone and sent photos. The apologized at said they would fix it.On April 20, 2024, the roof had not been repaired as the roofing company had been promising for weeks.I continued to call, email and text and was promised the roof would be fixed. On June 6, 2024, I called ******* in the office 2 times, ******************* and **** (aka *******************). This time I was told that ***** had gone out at some point and completed the repair. (I was not told when and we were not home when they went out and allegedly completed the repair.) It was promised that they would send pictures. No pictures came.On June 19, 2024, I called the *******************, *************** and the office. ******** answered in the office and said *** reported sending pictures. Then ******** texted pictures showing a roof repair. She said those were of our roof. The hole did not match the damage in the pictures so I asked for pictures from the inside. She did not have any. I later spoke to *** who refused to take pictures from the attic. He was angry and tried to claim that the air conditioner was dropped on the roof and AZ roofing contractors weren't responsible. **** texted "we don't go in attics". It would not likely be possible to find the hole in the roof without locating it from the attic as they had covered the hole with paper and shingles so no evidence of the hole was seen from the outside. I explained I had dated pictures of the hole before the a/c was installed. And reminded them they had been provided pictures of the damage before the a/c was installed. They are refusing to repair the damage, to even look at it from inside. I am having to hire an inspector to go take pictures of the damage made by Roofing Contractors of AZ. And then we will have to hire a roofer to repair it.
