    Tacheny Exteriors installed a new GatorSeal Underlay Roof on our home last November 2021. During the monsoon of July/August 2021 two leaks were identified and documented and forwarded onto to Tacheny for repairs. They have been telling me for months that they will take care of the problem to no avail. The worst leak had water pouring into our kitchen through the recessed light directly beneath the area where Tacheny did not properly put a metal water diversion drainage piece in place. I supplied Tacheny with both photos and videos of the water coming into the kitchen. They have not to date accepted any responsibility for their insufficient sealing of the area over the kitchen. The garage leak isnt as severe but still stains the garage ceiling every time it rains from the north. I have received many many promises but no results or follow **** A crew was supposed to be out this morning at **** am but they are a no show and did not even bother to phone or email or text they werent coming today. I am a patient person but Tacheny Exteriors has dropped the ball big time with us. We paid the bill in full as soon as the invoice was received.
