- We are paid by senior living providers- we accept checks primarily from them but we can and do accept the occasional electronic payment.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Our services are paid for by contractual relationships with hundreds of senior living providers. We do not charge families or the consumers in our model. If there is a need for the senior living provider to refund a client of ours who has been placed at a senior living provider with our assistance, we do have a refund policy in our contract with the senior living provider. This will assure the family they will receive their expected refund and to protect them unethical senior living providers.
