    I am filing a complaint for being approved for PTO BACK in August 21 2024 that I never got paid for 3 days. Which was 900 dollars. And loss wages got laid off for no apparent reason for 2 weeks which was 2400 dollars. Back in June 5 2024 to June 17 2024

    Alfonso cerventes was project manager his ph number is 480 462. 9888 Alfonso turned in time. To ******* ****. Every 2 weeks they are hiding all these documents to where I can't get into them. That is not right. I just want what is rightfully owed to me. That's it.

    If I can get more documents. I will gladly show them to you. And I'm sure I'm not the first person they did this too.

    In
    response to the complaint filed by ******* *******.  This employee was terminated “At-Will”

    To
    confirm the below:
    Employees
    was not “laid off”, the employee was terminated.  Once terminated, an employee is not eligible
    for “2 weeks” pay which stated below. 
    The company does not offer any severance pay upon termination.

    The
    employees dates of employment were from 05/10/2024 to 08/26/2024. The employee
    was front load accrued PTO for 40.00 hours however per the policy handbook “Upon
    termination, front loaded PTO will be pro-rated to the amount earned during the
    time worked. The pro-rated PTO balance will be paid out upon separation.”  The employee used 40.00 hours of PTO when
    only 23.00 was earned.

    Employee
    used and was paid for all PTO accrued. 
    The employee accrued 40.00 hours when starting their employment on
    05/10/2024.  The employee used the
    following PTO:
    08/06/2024
    – 10.00 PTO hours used
    08/07/2024
    – 10.00 PTO hours used
    08/08/2024
    – 10.00 PTO hours used
    08/14/2024
    – 10.00 PTO hours used
