    I have a contract for my solar purchase that included a 24 month loan repayment from Ethos. This is my second BBB complaint as they cease making those payments as contracted. At this point I would like the remaining balance paid as a lump sum due to their inability to make a monthly payment as required by the contract that was signed. I have reached out to them via email with no response as of yet. The last payment was for November, they have paid about 14 months of the 24 month repayment at this point in time and it has been an ongoing hassle to even get those paid. Initially I was "not on the check list" after reaching out, I was essentially told the check was now in the mail and all of that was fixed. Still no payment and they finally started to Zelle the payments to me monthly, then it went to every other month and they would pay two months, now I haven't heard anything and the last payment sent was for Oct and Nov. At this point I would prefer they pay the remaining 10 months due to their inability to make prompt and timely payments.

    Hello,Ethos was involved in my Solar Purchase from Titan Solar. Included in that purchase was a 24m loan payment reimbursement. This has been very difficult to get from them. I contacted them in March 2023 regarding not getting my payments (which started in January, they were supposed to be monthly checks), I was told a check would be going out. I followed up March 22 as I still had not gotten anything and was told everything would go out with *****'s payment (a check to catch up the missed payments), April 24th I contacted them again as I still had not received anything, At that time they sent the "catch up" payment through Zelle for ******* and advised it was an error on their part I wasn't on the list for repayment but that has been corrected. This then started over as I contacted them June 27th as I had not received June's payment, I was told they would check to confirm if the check was in the batch to be paid. I contacted them again July 10 to follow up as I still have not received June's payment and I am now also due for July's payment and they have not sent either. At this point in time I would like to have those payments caught up, and something put in place that I do not have to constantly contact them to find out where the repayment (that is included IN THE CONTRACT) is and when I will receive it. I have copies of the contact showing the loan repayment from Ethos, I also have the texts between me and the agent I was told to contact for it as proof of what I have been having to do to get this reimbursed as it should be per contract.
