    I have continued to try and get our f80 treadmill fixed with much correspondence to tech support. The belt is wearing improperly and we have done all that was appropriate to keep it in good shape. Its only 1 1/2 years old. It is under warranty. A horrible clunking sound is coming from somewhere inside the motor or under the belt. At first they were insisting I take the treadmill apart and trouble shoot for them. I am unable to do this so they finally relented and said they would order a new roller and a new belt. I received the roller but the belt is on back order. They refuse to come and install the roller and said I must wait for the belt. They have been horrible to deal with but I do not know who else to contact. I was doing so well with my exercise regimen and now it is interrupted for who knows how long while we wait for support. A terrible company to deal with!

    I got a new treadmill and right out of the box there was an issue clicking noise originating from the foot bed. Reached out to customer support and months later it still was not fixed. Numerous follow **** and the only response each time was "We do not have control over the service provider who is a third party". Finally took apart the machine and fixed it myself - all it was that there was a loose s**** inside.I don't mind if this voids the warranty since I do not want to deal with this company anymore. Never have seen such a bad customer support. Also the quality overall is poor - chipped bed on the underside, annoying things like wobbles, the *** onboard going crazy if you leave the phone on the charger mat, etc.Overall a very poor quality product topped off by an even poorer customer service. A company like this should not be allowed to exist. The excuses given, and the way things are setup almost seems like a cover to being illegal by not honoring warranty.This company does not seem to have a moral or an ethical side to it. Companies like this should be shutdown and not allowed to exist.

    it should be 0 stars bought a f63 treadmill 12/13/2021 from dicks sporting goods treadmill brokedown june 13 2022 customer service states that within 60 days parts will arrive and it will be fixed after numerous calls and emails and 4 months of waiting treadmill still doesnt work this is the worse experiience ive ever had with a company stay far away from buying something from sole fitness
