    Transaction dates: 2 payments made: initial date unknown, was bundled into larger payment to Lakeside Pools, early ***************************************************** initial payment date. 2nd payment 10/12/2023, receipt available if needed $ ****** for each payment ($250 for structural plan and $30 for administrative fee)AMMTEC provided engineer/structural plan for pool project Dispute re: charging us entire fee (structural plan and administrative fee) a 2nd time when they did absolutely no further work on initial plan or looked at pool, which was actually complete except for interior finish and they were aware of this **************** (Lakeside Pools) went out of business, leaving us with an unfinished project, our loss over $20,000 to Lakeside. *************** required another engineer letter to complete our project. Pool was built, just needed interior finish. AMMTEC was apprised of our situation and asked to provide said letter for an admin fee and instead required us to pay another $280 engineer fee. Is it legal for AMMTEC to require payment from us twice for the same service already paid for? Service fee acceptable, but to require us to pay engineer AGAIN when they did absolutely nothing the second time around for a pool already built? They did NOTHING, but charged us another full engineer fee. Certainly unethical business practice and I want AMMTECs BBB rating to reflect their lack of integrity and honesty, their laziness and greed, lack of customer service or good will ********************** refused to consider our request for reducing our bill to the admin fee and verbally confirmed on phone they understood that they did no work for us except the original plans (already paid for) and understood the situation we were in, just didnt care, and they understood we have no choice but to pay their full bill or our pool would not get completed, so we paid them Acct # unknown for initial payment, second payment invoice # **** Have emails, don't know how to upload
