      I purchased a custom controller and it took 3-4 weeks to receive the controller. Within 6 months the $200+ controller had stick drift in both sticks. They offered to fix it for $25 and pay return shipping they said it will eventually revert back to having stick drift or I could pay $100 and have all internals replaced and it would be fixed. Now why would I pay another $100 ontop of the $200+ I spent 6 months prior just for it to do it again shortly after?Dont not recommend this business

      I got an email confirming my controller's arrival, but despite my multiple emails stating it hasn't arrived, there's been no response. I have Ring devices monitoring my house and mailbox. I've asked for a tracking number for the $200 controller, and after it started drifting months later, I paid $20 for repairs. The process has taken a long time, and now, with no controller and unanswered emails, I'm out $220. Changing my rating is contingent on a response with a tracking number and the eventual arrival of the controller.

      I ordered a controller for almost 200$ 2 and a half weeks ago and its still processing I have got no updates.Ive scheduled 3 phone calls and nobody has got back to me yet this was supposed to be a Christmas gift but its going down the drain so far I just want my money back or the controller to be shipped Ive told my son about 10 times if will be here soon then I go check and its still processing for almost a monthwhere is my sons controller I paid 200$ for ????? And still no support to help me when Ive messaged them on everything I possible can and no response

      First off when I ordered they never sent me a email. Then I expedited the shipping and it hasnt even gotten to the assembly part. Ive set up a call and they never called me. Ive emailed multiple times and texted the number but nothing. No response or anything and thats really weird because when I emailed yo get an order number they responded super fast. Like within a minute. Now its like they dont even care and Im getting frustrated. Either I get a refund or my custom controller.

      I reached out to Evil Controllers on April 13, 2023 to inquire about a custom PS5 controller as I recently became disabled after being trapped in a burning car in 2020. At first, they were responsive and seemed eager to help me "game" again. I was ecstatic as it had been 3 years since I could. They asked that I send a video to show my limitations and capabilities, which I immediately did the next day. I didn't hear anything back until I reached out a week later on 4/20/23. At that point I was told that the team was working on a custom design and they would be back in touch with me. I didn't hear anything back so I sent another email on 5/19/23 and then again on 5/25/23. Still no response. I sent another email on 6/1/23 asking if they were still in business. No response. I then emailed again one last time on 6/9/23 and to date not a single response has been received. Absolutely nothing.It's unprofessional and quite frankly soul crushing to give a person that has been through so much hope and then epically fail to deliver, much less communicate. I had such high hopes for being able to return to an activity that I had thoroughly enjoyed prior to my accident. Now I'm back to researching alternatives when the answer was right here at Evil Controllers the entire time. Shame on you Evil Controllors. Do better. Communicate.

      Was gonna file a complaint but think it would be a giant waste of time just like everything else was with the company. I bought the ************* Controller and spent about 140$ on it with the back paddles and everything after it got here I liked the controller but soon realized that I had severe stick drift with the right thumbstick after getting in contact with the support agent he advised me assuming it was normal wear and tear that it should be covered under warranty after messaging back and forth several times and continuing to create support tickets I finally got a message it arrived safely there a week after it did then it took another 5 emails to get a response about how to proceed which they said because I only had a basic warranty that I was essentially screwed and needed to a onetime 80$ fee to fix the right thumbstick and pcb electrical board that the thumbstick was going into . I voiced my frustration since they started the conversation saying there normally isn't anything they can do about stick drift where I well what do I do if this happens again and they haven't responded they are an absolute joke of a company who essentially told me to either fork over more money which I've already spend almost 170 between the controller and paying for a label to send it back and wanted me to either spend another 80 or turn around and buy a new one of there sh** products for a reduced price

      I ordered a controller that ended up being defective. When I tried to contact the company to have it fixed, they stopped responding. You cannot call this company directly, you schedule a call on the website. I have scheduled many calls, sent emails, anything I can, they will not respond.

      Bought a $230 controller, rush processing took 2 weeks to ship no refund on the rush processing, after receiving the controller analog stick was not working less than 2 weeks after. Got 2 more analog sticks with a tool for $17.90 and didnt receive the tool I paid for or emails back. Wouldnt Recommend to ************* will scam you.
