    My 401K funds were with Lincoln Investment, *************************** And I was supposed to receive a distribution of $2140 in the beginning of September. I received a call from ******* in September telling me that he had the check on hand and that I could go pick it up at his office. I went that same day but ******* instead had me sign some paperwork and then informed me that he would be mailing the check to me (even though his call said I could physically pick it up). I never received the check. I have called ******* multiple times, even went back to the office to try to speak with him but he keeps giving me the run around and saying that he mailed the check to ************* investment (which they sold my 401k to).On 11/23/22, I called ************* around 2:30 PM and spoke to ****** and she Informed me that the $2140 check had been cashed as of 10/18/22 by Lincoln Investment and that ************* couldnt help me any further since the check was cashed by Lincoln and Lincoln should be releasing those funds to me. I called *************************** 5 different times on 11/23/22 and he kept claiming he wasnt at his office and couldnt check. Finally, I received a call from ******* today, 11/28/22, telling me that he sent the check to *************. Someone is obviously lying because one company is saying its been cashed and ******* is saying he mailed it to them.******* has been extremely difficult to work with from the beginning and has not been forthcoming with information. At this point, I do not trust a word that they are saying and all I want is my money! This has been going on since September! This is ridiculous!!
