    I used Modern Resolution 4 years ago. They came in and did the job. They did have a delay on one of the windows and to apologize for the delay they went ahead and gave me a discount. I felt that they were very professional and I even referred them to my neighbors. After, my neighbors' windows were done I even got a referral payment the same day. Now after 4 years, I am going to order windows for my rentals and they are willing to give me a discount since I am a prior customer.
