    Contracted with window statements( ***********************) on 4/12/23 for shutters in my home and my parents home i was told 8 weeks for the shutters as of 9/27/23 i still have no shutters on either home.Ive called countless times and he says 2 more weeks every time.then he said they would be installed on 9/22/23 nope,said on 9/21/23 told me they were ready and would be installed on 9/29/23 called him on 9/27/23 and were told they are not done.I had started recording our conversations and when i go through them the lies he told are undeniable.I have 4 other nieghbors on my block that i have had the same exsperience with this company.I have heard lie after lie from ****** and still no shutters,my parents have filed a complaint about not receiving what they have paid for as well

    Window Statement specializes in real wood shutters. Each client is required to sign and date the delivery clause in the contract. So i had originally told **************** it would take **** weeks with no delays. As it states in the signed contract "seller has given buyer the best estimate of the delivery time. Unfortunately we experienced some  longer then normal delay time, which i did keep he in loop. i relayed info to him as it was relayed to me which is my standard practice of 24 yrs. still not sure why he sent this on 09/28/23, because i had been in direct phone contact with him or his dad starting around 09/18/23 letting them know the shutters were going to be installed the last week of sept. he chose to take off work and we installed all *********** in both houses in under 3 hours. he actually has 10 neighbors on his street that we have done houses and 6 more on the street behind him that have all been completed. we do that best we can to maintain a high level of service and sometimes it takes a little longer than other to get it done. I will always make sure our shutters are real wood and we will not take short cuts with MDF or fake wood products to make sure we keep a delivery on time. thank you for time. #presentation

    Window coverings were ordered on 4-12-2023. We were told approximately 8 weeks. It has been more than 20 weeks. Started contacting him since June 15 2023 and has been telling us two more weeks every time we contact him. Has all sorts of excuses for why they are not done. Told us they would be installed Sept 17 2023 but today he said two more weeks. When will this end we need our window coverings

    Window Statement specializes in real wood shutters. buyer was given an estimated delivery time of **** weeks. ***** also signed the contract that states seller has given the buyer the best estimated delivery time. we experienced a longer than normal delay of 30 days of wood frames. i relayed the info to the son as it was relayed. I was originally told 2-3 weeks delay and it turned into 5 weeks delay. i always kept the lines of communication open, although people dont always like the message. called the client mid- month letting him know the shutters would be installed the last week of september.   Shutters were installed on 9/29. that makes ***** house on that street
