5 stars******* and his crew replaced 30 windows in our home. They were super nice, very professional and knowledgeable. Meticulous in their work and attention to detail! Our salesman ***** even came up a couple times to check on the installation and make sure everything was to our expectations! Super happy with this whole experience!!! 1 starWe ordered the windows in July 2022. They came out an measured the windows in July 2022. Then they came out In October 2022and remeasured. Two of the windows were measured incorrectly. Optum never let us know the status of the windows. They told us that they would let us know when the windows were shipped from **********. We never heard from them. In December we called and told them that if the work wasn't started in 2022 we would lose the financing. They show up with the windows mid of December. It took them 2 weeks to install the windows. December 2023 we sent them pictures showing that the stucco and caulking was cracking. They finally came out June 2024 to repair them. The screen door for the patio door wouldn't close. It took them 2 months before the came out to adjust it. We were told to just slam it to close it. Now for the last 2 weeks we have been trying to get them to respond to the stucco and caulking that is cracking again.Optum Home Solutions-AZ LLC

When you notified us of small cracks in your stucco, we worked as quickly as possible to fit you into the schedule. Stucco cracks are generally caused from structural shifts and temperature fluctuations. From the photos you provided, we determined that the cracks were still largely cosmetic in nature. It is good that you noticed them early. The cracks have now been repaired and painted. Your business is appreciated and we apologize that you felt we were not working quickly enough to repair the cracks.Review fromSarah J

1 starI cant get this company to stop calling me. Over 6 months ago we had a guy come out to give us a quote, and the sales tactic was aggressive and he made me feel silly for my preferences. He also tried to guilt us by saying he lived far and it would be difficult for him to come back if we changed our minds. This is one of those places where they give you a price and you have to sign right there and then to keep the price, which to me says they dont have much faith in the product if they dont let you look elsewhere. Now Ive been getting calls from them STILL after telling them MULTIPLE times that my bathroom is already done to my liking, and that I had a terrible experience with their sales guy. Frankly as well, I dont think the showers are that nice looking. PLEASE stop calling people when they tell you to stop calling themOptum Home Solutions-AZ LLC

Thank you for the information that your shower has already been renovated. We also apologize that you felt uncomfortable with our representative that met with you in your home.
