12/11/2023, I provided my 15-day advance notice to cancel my membership with OneTribe Yoga. 12/12/2023, the ** (***************************) confirmed that any credits on account would be transferred to an account credit or gift card if I preferred to share. 12/14/2023, I confirmed direction to transfer the unused credits to a gift card and asked to confirm they could mail the gift card. 12/27/2023, followed up with OneTribe on status of gift card. 1/2/2024, followed up with OneTribe on status and to confirm my membership was cancelled to which they responded and asked for my mailing address, which was provided on same day. 1/20/2024, followed up again on status of mailed gift card. 1/24/2024, received email from ** *************************** that I should have received the gift card and to reconfirm the mailing address, to which I replied accordingly on 1/25/2024. No response received after this outreach. 2/15/2024, given the 60 days since request was initiated, I followed up again indicating that if no resolution was provided by 2/29/2024, I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. I was not provided with an account reconciliation or dollar to credit ratio of the amount I should have received. Therefore, I cannot articulate what I am due. At the time I requested account cancellation, I believe I had approximately $700 in accumulated massages that were not utilized and should have been transferred to a gift card.
