******* since 2021 has services my property in ****** AZ with ************* services, always available offering trusted services in a timely manner. Earlier this year I wanted him to level my ac unit, I was told it would be around $3000, so I gave him $3000 in 2 forms of payment. I provided a $2000 and $1000 payment to level my ac unit. He indicated a crane would be needed and or a **** can be used to place underneath the unit to keep it leveled. The job was completed March 25 -28, 2024 and I discovered this type of job is normally $300-$500 without the crane, to level an ac unit, I contact him via text that he overcharged me and his immediate response is his price is his price, for me to find another professional and not contact him any more. I ask him for an invoice for the job and a few days later June 2,2024 ******* emails me an invoice charging 8 hour labor fees @ $129 an hour = $1,032.00 which I would never agree too, never paid him hourly fees, in addition to him arriving to do plumbing after hours, did not charge me then because we established a personal relationship, but now since he ripped me off he wants to charge the additional $239.00 when in fact he normally charged $150. My payments to ****** included cash and ZELLE payments. I am seeking a refund in the amount of $2500. ******* stopped replying via text and is not responding to the several ZELLE and paypal request to be paid. ******* did send a text message that he would provide the overpayment, that he does not rip off his customers, but that was sent over a month ago and he has since not responded to calls, text or emails. I have filed a complaint with the *** licensing (*** Complaint Case Number 2024-07596) and they did acknowledge misconduct due to the job being at the above price, which required a contract prior to starting work but was not success to recover funds. I want to resolve this issue rather than go to court because ******* understands common sense.

Upon my first tune up at this property in 2020, I found that the unit was unlevel and leaking condensation into the return duct. It was completely full of water. 4 years later **** decides to make a plan to relevel the unit. The plan was to disconnect the system, move the system with a crane, create a level concrete pad with a metal duct adapter and inspect the ductwork under the trailer. The only access to inspect the ductwork is under the unit. This took hours of preparation and planning with several vendors/subcontractors to do. After disconnecting the system, **** changed her mind on how she wanted to proceed. Material had to be returned and new material purchased. Once metal is custom made for a job, it is paid for and even if it can't be used. So **** was billed accordingly for the job and work performed, including her change requests. There was never a personal relationship, as I told her multiple times that I am not interested in a relationship, only in doing the work that needed to be done. **** would send 30 messages a day about her, her mom, her husband, and her kids that led to me having to block her number, and her email. Before doing so, I did let her know to call someone else as I would no longer accept any type of work from her.
