    I purchased a king **** air mattress from amazon. I can contacted them because it has a warranty and it was losing air. They have been giving me the run around and so is amazon saying I need to contact them. They said they were sending a replacement priority mail, but cant seem to provide me with the tracking information. I should have already had the replacement and am beyond frustrated!!!

    I keep having to contact king koil mattress because each mattress they sent me would deflate for no reason , losing air and unable to use. The last one I received was only about two months ago and it is already unusable. They are telling me now that the warranty is expired. It is not my fault and that their product is defective. I am seeking a full refund . I paid for a product and continued to have issues over and over. Thats not fair to me!!!

    I purchased a King Koil mattress for over $4000. It has ruts so bad in the mattress that when laying on my back, my hips are not even aligned. This defect is masked by the way theyve tufted the pillow top portion of the mattress and when looking at the bed you can not see how bad the rut is however, if you lay on the bed it is undeniable there is an issue that we should not be experiencing at this stage. In fact, I reached out after 1 year and was denied because it doesnt show in a picture. So I suffered through another year of back pain and horrible sleep. Ive attempted to resolve or get someone out to look at it. Ive been denied every step of the way. I even asked the customer service agent for a manager since she was unable to assist, she flat out denied me a contact to a manger via email. I feel it is completely unreasonable to spend that kind of money in a mattress and be denied a good nights sleep. It should be noted that I am a normal size man 57 and 185 lbs. I happen to be handicapped and ordered the firm mattress to sustain my injuries and have a mattress that would last. This thing is terrible and after taking my money Ive received no assistance from the manufacturer. I purchased the mattress at Orange County Mattress in **************** **********. It should also be noted that the original mattress they delivered to my home had a significant defect with the side/edge support not being present, which led to a new delivery. Other than the rutting this mattress has been cared for appropriately, rotated frequently, no stains, rips, tears, ***** or misuse of any kind.
