    9/26/23 purchased Sim Cal King ******** model 11476CK from Spencers, ************************. Salesman informed us a 10 year manufacture warranty was included. 10/10/23 ******** was delivered. After sleeping on the ******** for 5 nites, severe sagging developed. ******** arranged for Precise Mattress to inspect sagging ********; 10/17/23 replacement was required. 10/24/2023 defective ******** removed and second ******** delivered. By 12/3/2023 severe ******** sagging and hump down center developed on second ********. Since January 2024 numerous unsuccessful resolution attempts with ******** and Sertasimmons. 2/7/2024 spoke with ******, SertaSimmons **************** **************, SertaSimmons does not honor warranty, refund and replacement must be done by ********. Spencers indicates a ******** inspection must be completed by Precise Mattress Inspection. First available date by Precise Mattress was 3/13/24, 8 to 10 AM. On 3/13/24, 9;45 am, Precise Mattress cancelled inspection. Precise offered to reschedule on on 3/14 or 3/15. We opted to reschedule on 3/14, for immediate resolution. On 3/14 at 7:10 am Precise again cancelled and offered to inspect on 3/20/24 or 3/27/24. Rescheduling requires us to continue to sleep on ******** with deep sag and large hump down the center of ********. Sertasimmons needs to honor warranty. Mattress can be immediately removed from our home, inspected at the company sight and full refund.
