    All Arctic Air replacced my heat pump and thermostat on 5/18/2024. This company originally was sent to my home on my request for a seasonal service on my hvac unit. My Home warranty company, Landmark Home Warranty, Al Arctic Air for this seasonal service. I did not know or request
    this company. At the service, All Arctic owner(?) Kevin Ryan, told me that my existing unit was old and would eventually need replacement. This unit was working well at the time. Ryan explained that my Home owners insurance would pay for part of the cost of replacement and gave me a quote on the replacement. He said my total cost would be about $6,500. He said this would be an all inclusive total cost. I agreed and they replaced it on 5/18/2024.
    I scheduled a winter service through Landmark Home Warranty and they sent Brenovations HVAC for the seasonal service. The technician from Brenovations told me that the new unit installed by ArcticAir was not complete and that they were required to install a circuit breaker, heat shields and insulation. He stated that this was required with new units and that they are required by the vendor. He gave me a written estimate to complete this work at a cost of about $400.00. I called All Arctic and spoke to Kevin Ryan and he rudely denied any responsibility to correct this issue. Ryan is a very large, intimidating individual.

    SERVICE DATE 06/28/23 I paid $920 cash to ***** **** for work on my air conditioning unit, the unit I bought from Kevin 9/9/2019. Kevin replaced several parts ( warranty all parts covered 100% for 10 yrs.) I am not sure if all parts used where new or exact factory replacement.
