      I recently purchased a ac unit from alltech solutions since then I have had major issues with my ac for one Upon the delivery and installation the Cran machine they used Caused damage to my sidewalk the didn't install it correctly I was never asked what type of ac unit I needed which was covered in my account nothing was done correctly and all of issues were not Attended to

      It
      seems the home warranty company only paid for the ac install. They provided equipment and would normally get the same sized unit. The brands are up to them. We don't make that call. Home warranty company did not pay for any ductwork
      replacement or repairs either. This was also +3 years ago. We installed through HW September 2019. Our last visits were 7/24/20, 8/4/20, and
      2/28/22. All those visits were no charge as
      well but related to ductwork concerns and a hole. I think he needs to reach out to his HW company. For the damage on sidewalk, not sure why we would be responsible if it was done by crane company. Also, sidewalk public property so wouldn't it be more of a city issue. Essentially, we installed a home warranty provided AC for this customer over 3.5 years ago. Our 3 free visits were related to ductwork concerns he had, so this is a first time we're hearing anything about any "major issues". It has been working fine for all these years and we've had some hot summers recently. Customer best bet to contact his home warranty company and have them create a new ticket or some kind of recall ticket and have someone provide him a 2nd opinion or fresh diagnostics. We are willing to try and help customer out somehow, but the complaint doesn't go into any detail about unit not cooling/heating/making sounds/leaking/etc. We didn't sell this customer directly, nor provide equipment, nor choose the equipment he got from the home warranty company. And again, as far as sidewalk damage from crane company, we did hire them for a crane service for the install, but I don't think Alltech Solutions is necessarily at fault here for something like this. And again, this was all a really long time ago and all new to us.
